Alex Williams
»It’s not so much the meaning of life we seek, but our aliveness. With that, the meaning of life is obvious.«
Alex (they/them) is a school teacher turned yoga teacher. Their experience in the classroom has taught them how to see, hear, and care for their students on the deepest level. Now they bring that care to you and your practice. Alex has been practicing yoga for over 11 years and teaches Vinyasa, Katonah, Yin, Breathwork, and Yoga Nidra keeping the practice as traditional as possible, while also making it modern enough to directly apply it to our lives. Dharma is at the heart of Alex’s classes whether it be a spicy vinyasa or the slowest of yin. Yoga scriptures, chakra/energy work, and bits of poetry will find their way into the themes for the classes. The words, music, and Asana of every class are precisely curated to free you from any shackles or debris of the day.
POWER YOGA FUSION
This class is called “Power Yoga” not because of advanced poses (although we will practice some), but because we continuously move our body with our breath. Dynamic in nature, this class will target the whole body through breath, Asana, and bits of Pilates and mobility training. This class is open level, all that’s required is the desire to move your body and grow through challenging yourself.
