Dilara’s yoga journey began in 2016, alongside her studies in business. While navigating the demands of the corporate world, she became increasingly aware of her deep need for balance that her daily routine could not fulfill. After five years of working the 9-to-5, she decided to fully dedicate herself to her yoga practice and share its power with others. Her most recent training in northern India allowed her to deepen her commitment to Vinyasa and Ashtanga, exploring the different approaches and possibilities of yoga. Dilara’s classes are a fusion of powerful, flowing movements designed to challenge both the body and mind. She creates a space where students are invited to explore their own boundaries and discover their potentials in one flow. Inspired by her Reiki training, she places a strong emphasis on the subtle energies within, guiding students to access and unlock these energies during practice. Discover a peaceful state within yourself by turning the focus inward, elevating your body awareness and cultivating mindfulness.
