More about Annie Insel
Annie discovered Yoga at the gym in 2007 – and although she didn’t know much about Yoga, she realized that the Asana Practice was magic. As a result, she quit the gym and signed up in a Yoga Studio, started studying the philosophy behind Yoga and deepened her knowledge during a Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher Training in India. After many years of her own practice, Annie decided 2017 to share her joy of Yoga and work as a teacher. Since then she taught Yoga in several Studios in Berlin, Costa Rica and in Bali. Annie regularly attends continuing education courses with teachers from all kinds of Styles, such as Yoga Therapy, Yin Yoga and – very passionately – Ashtanga. Her Vinyasa and Ashtanga-inspired classes include a dynamic mix of physically challenging asanas designed to be fun for all levels. She invites her students to practice playfully while becoming aware of their bodies and minds
