In a world in which modern technology allows us to feel more connected than ever before, why do so many of us have a growing sense of being disconnected? We invite you to a transformative cacao ritual where we will explore the possibility of reconnecting with ourselves and with others through the different qualities of the elements: earth, water, fire, and air, each represented by a door we will symbolically open together. Through a series of exercises, including movement, breathwork, authentic speaking, and chanting, we will learn from  each element, uncovering its teachings and power. This heart-opening experience offers a space to nurture your growth and strengthen your sense of belonging.
