The ritual for the year 2023, is a powerful symbol of letting go of the past. It suggests that, like nature, we must shed what no longer serves us as challenging as it can be. Reminding ourselves of our innate power to shape our own destinies and choose what we want to nurture.
Our intent during this ritual will be to make room for the beauty and growth that lies ahead. Cremating old patterns and offering its ashes to earth, where the recycling process takes place.
We will explore these concepts through different practices like Conscious Connected Breath which floods our entire system with oxygen, allowing us for example to experience mind expanding consciousness & release difficult emotions.
Just like nature we too are Alchemists of personal and collective transformation.
