Through exercises from Neurotherapy, systemic family constellation and somatics, we gently bring awareness to the parts of us that are affected by trauma. In mutual interdependence with softness and care, we move and breathe through various perspectives we are bringing into this life from former generations, leaving us in greater trust, clarity and integrity about recurring life-patterns. Facilitators: Émeline Drelon (Neurotherapist specialized in trauma detachment and yoga teacher at Three Boons Yoga Berlin) and Mirja Bastian (Facilitator for family constellation and Shiatsu practitioner).
