Through mindful movement based on Pilates and intended for both emotional & physical release, expansion & strength building, you can find a new way to not only love, but also appreciate and accept all that you are. Her style is based on classical Pilates, but with a holistic approach & strength inspired twist that allows for you to be wherever you are at this moment. You will be challenged and supported.
