Join this workshop to deepen your relationships through intentional slowness, authenticity, and vulnerability. Bring a companion—romantic partner, friend, or relative. The session includes solo practices for self-regulation and partner practices for cultivating non-sexual intimacy through mindfulness, embodiment, tantra, and somatics.
all gender identities, experience levels, legal ages, sexual orientations & spiritual paths are welcome.
What to expect
