Step into a sacred evening woven with ritual, rest, and renewal. Beginning with ceremonial cacao, a heart-opening elixir to ground your spirit and awaken your senses, we’ll move gently into a deep Yin yoga practice, inviting in softness and surrender. As your body unwinds, you’ll be immersed in a restorative sound bath, with healing vibrations guiding you into stillness and spaciousness. Bathed in moonlight, we release the old and honor the rhythms of the lunar cycle. This is your time to come home to yourself.

Harmonie is an artist of many forms. A citizen of the world, living in Berlin for the last 4 years. Growing up music was a source of healing in her family. Yet, through movement, she found a deeper sense of understanding to get through hard times. A certified sound practitioner in both gong and singing bowls, 200 hour Mixed Style YTT, breathwork facilitator (CCB) and Pilates Barre instructor – Harmonie offers a plethora of modalities. In her classes, expect great tunes, inspiration, and focusing not just on physical fitness but, the importance of mental fitness and awareness.
I believe the body is a temple, a source of knowledge. Never underestimate your ability to heal yourself. Your body possesses the tools to heal itself, all you need to do is listen.
