GONG & BREATH MEDITATION SPECIAL

A special meditation class where your breath meets the vibrations of the gong. You will be guided to breathe in the rhythm of the gong, gradually entering a meditative state where insight and transformation can happen. Release stress, expand the capacity of your lungs, let your energy flow free again and rejoice in how much lighter and more grounded you will feel after this practice.

Leda is a yoga teacher, storyteller, musician, founder of DreamLab Yoga & a guide for transformative experiences. Trained in hatha, vinyasa, yin, restorative, clinical somatics, myofascial release, gong and sound meditation, with a background in both natural sciences and religious studies, Leda combines ancient spiritual teachings with modern knowledge of the human body and psyche. As a passionate storyteller, she uses myth and symbolic thought to convey the deeper message of yoga, teaching you how to live yoga on and off the mat.
