SACRED SĀDHANA: A COMPLETE YOGIC JOURNEY
Sādhana means „a dedicated spiritual practice“, a journey that encompasses all the dimensions of yoga. This workshop is my way of honouring our teachers and creating a space that reflects the depth and authenticity of yoga as it was taught to me in India. By integrating yogic philosophy, asana, and pranayama, we will cultivate a practice that goes beyond technique—one that is rooted in tradition, yet personal in experience.

OPEN NEUKÖLLN, THE OPENING CEREMONY — VINYASA FLOW & INTENTION SETTING
A heartfelt Yoga class will mark the opening of our new Studio, and you are warmly invited to be part of this special moment. As a new beginning is always magical, we want to start with a short meditation to set intentions for inner and outer peace, connection, and blessing it for new beginnings. The following Vinyasa flow will bring everyone together in movement and breath. After the class, tea and light refreshments will be offered, allowing space for connection and conversation. We hope you’ll join us to welcome this new beginning.

New space, new energy, new beginnings. As we open the doors to our new sanctuary, we invite you to pause, to breathe, to begin again. In a world that rushes, we slow down.
In a culture of doing, we choose to be. @thain.np & @flowingwithnatalie will guide you through an inward journey of stillness, softness, and sound. Through deep Yin asanas and a soothing soundscape, allow yourself to reconnect with your breath, your body, and your center. All levels are welcome. Come rest, release, and begin anew.
