Efi Iwannou

»The past can hurt. But the way I see it, you can either run from it, or learn from it.« – Rafiki, The Lion King

Efi and yoga met five years ago through a healing program for people with mental health issues. She was fighting depression, and on a rain Saturday in the centre of Athens, she met a yoga instructor claiming that she can offer healing through breathing techniques and movements. She followed this path having trust to her teachers and three years ago she decided to completely dedicate herself in yoga. So through quarantine she studied vinyasa and yin yoga (200h) and started teaching mostly friends in the weekends. As she realised teaching yoga made her a better person, she traveled to Bali to have another one teacher training in Ubud. Since then she teaches vinyasa and yin yoga. With emphasis on emotions and healing through breath and movement. Offer classes to anyone who’s ready to open his heart and learn how to heal and be gentle to his soul. Come join and connect.

Their Class

This morning class is an energy booster, combining yoga flow, deep stretch, and fundamental Pilates. it begins with calming breath work and gentle yoga poses to warm up the body. Transitioning into Pilates-inspired movements, you’ll focus on core stability, muscle toning, and posture alignment. Deep stretches throughout help release tension and improve flexibility, leaving you revitalized, balanced, and ready for the day ahead.
