Inversion Intensive for Yogis

This is an intermediate workshop for experienced yogis who want to take their practice to the next level.  We will focus on variations of foundational inversions like Kakasana/Bakasana (Crow/Crane), Pincha Mayurasana (forearm stand), and Handstand. Every Body has its own obstacles to achieving balanced inversions;  this is a unique chance to learn yours, and how to meet your goals.

Part 1: A vinyasa flow that plays with progressions on transitioning through various arm balances.

Part 2: Conditioning drills that build strength, stability, and mobility. We workshop these drills in a relaxed style, using props, partners, and the walls.

Part 3: Stretching and a long Shavasana to rest and recover.
