How do we connect with others. Are we showing our true selves, do we take or hold space, are we aware of our fears, do we perceive the fears of others, do we see the other person, do we project, which stories do we tell ourselves, which ones make you feel small, who catches your eye, your attention and why? And if you are asked to plant the seeds for expression during future connection, what seeds do you plant? We will arrive, introduce ourselves, enjoy some breathwork, welcome our higher selves, do some playful exercises around connecting, move into a sharing circle, maybe invite a new mantra, and closing our journey with some magical healing vibrations from the Gong and Singing Bowls.
