Let the new year begin with an open heart. With the precious Cacao from Cosmika Seeds, Sara Sembrar invites you to start the year with mindfulness and serenity. We will enjoy the Cacao together and move on to a yin class full of clarity and ease. The class will end with Gong, Chrystal Bowls and Chimes and will bathe you in a cozy cocoon of sound. Allow yourself to release from the thoughts and to arrive in your breath.
