Her own yoga journey began over a decade ago in the vibrant city of Berlin, fueled by a deep curiosity that led her to India. There, she sought the ancient roots of yoga, immersing herself in transformative practices like Vipassana and Satori. A pivotal moment occurred during her time in Indonesia, where she had the privilege of practicing with the esteemed Carlos Tao. During her travels in Indonesia, Henny had the opportunity to practice with the esteemed Carlos Tao, where she developed a deep admiration for fluidUs, further shaping her yoga practice.
