Join this 3-hour workshop infused with non-dual tantra and somatic influences, guiding you closer to your inner self through deliberate slowness. Dive into embodiment with guided mindfulness and tantrik practices, nurturing body-mind harmony and bringing you closer to your body wisdom. Experience (non-sexual) intimacy and cultivate empathy through immersive exercises, fostering deeper connections with yourself and others.
What to expect
● Consent & boundary practices ● Somatic (e.g. intuitive movement) and tantra (e.g. meditation, conscious breath & touch) practices ● Solo and partner practices (e.g. conscious touch, compassionate sharings) ● Snacks, teas, and water ● all practices are non-sexual and fully dressed
