Women’s Circle: Cacao Ceremony & Womb Breath
Womb Breath is a very gentle and soft Conscious Connected Breathwork journey in a circle of women. We will dive into the depth of our womb space and explore, release, and create.
We will start with a cup of ceremonial cacao that softens our hearts and allows us to land deeper in our beautiful bodies. Ceremonial cacao is a subtle, yet powerful plant that supports is in connecting with our true nature and the spirit of the earth.
The womb is a powerful center of creation and the seat of deep intuitive wisdom. With our breath we will awaken this space of mystery and experience reunion. By bringing our awareness inside, we will be able to release and clear stuck emotions, memories, and energy that hold us from stepping into our fullness.
Conscious connected breathwork lets you connect more deeply with your inner world through the body. This journey allows you to find your own breath while expanding your consciousness. It works on our emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual levels of being and has the ability to move and transform blockages while creating more spaciousness and clarity.
You’re so welcome to join even if you don’t have a physical womb as we will work with the energetic womb that we all carry inside.
