TESTIMONY
„The classes with Fanny help me a lot on a physical and mental level. My lower back and pelvic floor have become more relaxed. Directly after the class and in general, I feel stress-relieved and am more confident. I learn exercises and tools that I can integrate into my everyday life. Also Fanny’s way of teaching is amazing. Both the way she is talking and explaining and that she is always adapting everything to the needs of the participants.“ Marie
