Flexibility Masterclass Backbends

Join our 2.5-hour immersive workshop, inspired by Andrea’s Strength & Flexibility conditioning class. We will focus on improving spinal flexibility, strengthen the back, and master anatomical patterns for backbends. There will be a special focus on lower body flexibility and upper back (shoulders).

Do I have to be flexible to join this worksop?
Absolutely no. It is open to all levels and backgrounds. There will be modifications given according to your level.
I am new to backbends, can I still join this workshop?
This workshop is designed to give you a solid foundation into backbends, whether you are a total beginner or backbend master. Everyone can benefit from it. This workshop is especially good for those who are starting their backbending practice as adults.
Do I need to bring any prop with me?
No, all props will be provided at the studio. Please bring your socks. They are signature to Andrea’s method.

ABOUT ANDREA

Andrea Pehar is a dedicated and passionate practitioner of holistic fitness and human movement. With a background in various sports and dance, she discovered her love for yoga in 2015. Since then, she has become a highly trained yoga practitioner, holding a 300-hour Jivamukti Yoga certification and additional certifications in Spiritual Warrior, Yoga for Trauma, and Pranayama training by Eddie Stern. Andrea is also undergoing training to become a Master Flexibility Trainer, constantly expanding her knowledge and skills.
