FULL MOON CACAO CEREMONY
Through this beautiful full moon practice we cleanse and connect with ourselves. Finding peace with the cold outside and creating warmth inside of us. A beautiful cacao ritual at the beginning will open up our hearts for the class so you are fully able to let go during the cleansing movements that will leave you relaxed for a sounbath at the end of this practice. Gong, Grail and Crystal singing bowls will wrap you in a cocoon of sound. Let’s make time for stillness, reflection and connection to your intuition.
