FULL MOON CACAO CEREMONY
Through this beautiful full moon practice we cleanse and connect with ourselves. Finding peace with the cold outside and creating warmth inside of us. A wholesome cacao ritual at the beginning will open our hearts for the class so you are fully able to let go during the cleansing yin practice that will lead you relaxed for the sound bath. Let’s make time for stillness, reflection and connection. If you have a favorite cup, bring it with you. Bring a journal and pen for your after glow.
