FULL MOON SPECIAL: THE ART OF LETTING GO – ECSTASY & MEDITATION
This class is an invitation to be in preparation for the cold months that are upon us. The Cold Moon in Taurus is known for a cycle of preparation. What do I want to release for this winter? What do I need to feel the warmth in the cold? Through meditative movement and ecstatic dance we will wander through different aspects of our being. We will create and feel the symbiosis of stillness and chaos. From awareness to chaos to inner peace – a journey like life.
