THE MAGIC OF “RAUHNÄCHTE”: RITUALS FOR TRANSFORMATION
Join this 3hour workshop to explore the Rauhnächte, a mystical period in European folklore from December 25 to January 6. These twelve nights are rich in customs about the spirit world and the transition to the new year.
We’ll cover the theory behind these traditions and provide tools for this sacred time through rituals, embodiment practices, guided meditations, and sharing circles focused on reflection, letting go, cleansing, renewal, and intention-setting.
What to Bring:
Comfortable clothes for movement
Journal & pen
A candle, small statue, or flower for our altar
Together, we’ll create a sacred space to connect with the energies of the Rauhnächte and support each other on this transformative journey!
Important:
Payment is only refunded if you cancel 24h before the event starts
If you book this special event via Urban Sports Club, you still need to pay 30€ via our website or at the studio (card/paypal) to attend the special event. With your USC Check-in at the studio you get a discount of 5€. Regular Price is 35€.
