Alex Williams
»It’s not so much the meaning of life we seek, but our aliveness. With that, the meaning of life is obvious.«
Meet Alex Williams (they/them), a modern-day movement muse with the heart of a teacher and a deep respect for tradition. They spent seven years guiding little ones as a primary school teacher, where the raw honesty and wonder of children became a mirror—and a masterclass—in how to live with curiosity, presence, and compassion.
But it was yoga that truly cracked their world wide open. With over 12 years of study, what began as a practice became a lifeline—a sacred shift that changed everything.
Now, Alex shares this practice with reverence and joy, blending modern movement with the wisdom of ancient teachings. Their classes and workshops are spaces of exploration—where tradition meets real life, where play is welcome, and where every body belongs. With a teacher’s intuition and a seeker’s soul, they guide from a place of lived experience, deep listening, and radical inclusivity.
Come as you are – Alex will meet you there, with a story, a smile, and the invitation to move in a way that feels like home.

RESTORATIVE YIN & NIDRA
Yin yoga and Yoga Nidra pair perfectly together as they help us work through the physical body layer-by-layer until we arrive at the deepest part of ourselves, our spirit. Using methods like self-massage/acupressure, gentle stretching, and guided meditation, we gently put the body to sleep while keeping the mind awake. Surrendering the body to listen to the heart.

POWER YOGA FUSION
This class is called “Power Yoga” not because of advanced poses (although we will practice some), but because we continuously move our body with our breath. Dynamic in nature, this class will target the whole body through breath, Asana, and bits of Pilates and mobility training. This class is open level, all that’s required is the desire to move your body and grow through challenging yourself.
