Alina is based in Berlin and specializes in Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Nidra, offering a balanced practice that blends dynamic movement with mindful stillness. With a background in psychology and coaching, she sees and teaches yoga as a path to self-inquiry and a way to bring the lessons from the mat into everyday life. Her teachings are inspired by her YTTs and Vipassana practice in Indonesia, Thailand, and India. Her Vinyasa classes flow with dynamic playlists, while her Yin sessions are accompanied by ambient music that deepens relaxation and fosters a meditative state. With her relaxed and open-hearted approach, Alina creates a welcoming space where everyone feels at ease—whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner.
