As a trained physiotherapist and a passionate Pilates and Yoga instructor, Bella is known for seamless flows and fluid transitions in class. With over 700 hours of training in Pilates and Yoga, she specializes in feel-good moves and motivating playlists. Her modern approach to teaching is inspired by Australian methods and the diverse styles she has discovered throughout her own movement journey.
