Buket’s movement journey began when she was nine with professional volleyball and athleticism, followed by a passion for folk dance performing with various dance groups. After years of intense physical activity, injuries prompted her to explore yoga, recommended by her doctor as a path to recovery. This practice not only helped her heal but deepened her connection with her body and mind. Since 2020, she has been teaching yoga and sharing her experiences focusing on the integration of body, mind, and breath. Her classes offer exploring the limits, finding balance, and building strength, while nurturing courage and self-awareness.
