Danielle is from Long Island, New York and currently based in Berlin. She has been practicing Pilates for over 25 years and teaching for over 17. Her passion is helping people grow and get stronger by holding space. It’s the small moments and the intentional mindful changes. It’s the awareness of being in our bodies and honoring those present needs.

Through mindful movement based on Pilates and intended for both emotional & physical release, expansion & strength building, you can find a new way to not only love, but also appreciate and accept all that you are.

Her style is based on classical Pilates, but with a holistic approach & strength inspired twist that allows for you to be wherever you are at this moment. You will be challenged and supported. You will come back to yourself and get stronger by being slow and intentional with your movements. You will walk away feeling present, more energized and perhaps even slightly happier due to the built in smiles that happen in class.
