Ten years ago, Efi first discovered yoga through a wellness program in Athens—and what began as a way to reconnect with herself quickly turned into a lifelong journey. She started exploring movement, breath, and healing with curiosity and openness, eventually completing her first 200-hour training in vinyasa and yin yoga during quarantine. What started as weekend classes for friends naturally evolved into a deeper calling.

Since then, Efi has continued her path with a second yoga teacher training in Ubud, Bali, where she refined her approach to emotional connection through breath and movement. Alongside yoga, she’s also a certified classical and power Pilates instructor, having completed two teacher trainings in Berlin. Her passion for sound healing led her to study gong therapy, adding a rich layer of vibration and depth to her practice.

Efi’s classes invite students to move mindfully, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves—whether through dynamic vinyasa, slow yin, powerful Pilates, or immersive sound. Come join her and find strength, softness, and space to grow.
