The body has always been her greatest and most powerful teacher and medicine. Through movement, she has explored not only physical strength and flexibility, but also the deeper layers of self-awareness and healing. Over seven years ago, she began walking the path of Ashtanga Yoga, a spiritual practice that continues to ground and guide her daily life.
Before and throughout her yoga journey, she embraced various movement disciplines that shaped her holistic approach: seeing the body as a gateway to transformation, connection, and inner clarity. As a teacher, she offers her students a space of presence and honesty, guiding each person with deep respect for their unique process.
