İlayda has always embraced an active lifestyle, experimenting with everything from boxing and lacrosse to competitive swimming. In 2017, she discovered yoga and Pilates—practices that became her anchors. Yoga opened the door to self-growth, teaching her how healing comes from connecting mind and body, and cultivating self-trust, awareness, and compassion. Pilates became a natural extension of this, offering focused, dynamic movement that sharpens strength and coordination while deepening body awareness. Her mat Pilates classes, inspired by barre, blend creative prop work with sculpting sequences to build strength and stability. Her yoga classes are strong and vibrant, nurturing resilience and mindfulness. With warmth and energy, İlayda guides students through fun, challenging sessions that leave them feeling empowered and connected to their bodies.
