Ingrid Karola is a former professional ballerina who has transitioned into a certified personal trainer and instructor in progressive ballet technique, Barre, and Pilates. From a young age, Ingrid was captivated by ballet, leading her to perform at the prestigious National Opera of Cluj-Napoca and travel the world with TUI Cruises. Her competitive spirit saw her participating in both national and international ballet competitions, honing her craft to perfection. She further deepened her expertise through formal studies in dance and physical training at the Music Conservatory in Cluj, Romania, gaining a deep appreciation for the complex interplay between music, artistry, and physicality.

After her illustrious career on stage, Ingrid shifted her focus from performing to teaching, aiming to fuse the precision of ballet with the strengthening principles of Pilates. Her teaching ethos centers on empowerment and self-discovery. Ingrid’s classes are designed to be inclusive and transformative, offering a unique journey where discipline converges with creativity. This approach empowers participants to unlock their potential and advance toward a holistic state of wellbeing, regardless of their background or experience level.
