Juliette is originally from Switzerland and found her love for Pilates after trying just about every sport out there. What stuck? Moving mindfully, connecting to her body, and having fun while doing it.
Her classes are all about helping you feel good—from the inside out. Expect a mix of movement that wakes you up, grounds you, and leaves you feeling stronger and more in tune with yourself. She’s big on the mind-body connection and loves creating a space where you can explore, breathe, and enjoy.
Juliette brings a warm vibe, lots of energy, and just the right amount of challenge to every class. Whether you’re brand new or a seasoned mover, she’ll guide you through with a smile, a good playlist, and a reminder that yes—you can do it.

POWER PILATES
This class is for anyone who wants to end the day feeling strong, centered, and relaxed. Power Pilates combines mindful movement, breath, and full-body flow. All levels are welcome—come move, unwind, and recharge before bed.

ABS & BOOTY
A class inspired by Pilates, functional training and Barre to strengthen and sculpt core, legs and glutes. With or without props, it challenges the body, improves posture, and brings the heat through joy. Expect a deep muscle burn, high endorphins, and finish each session with mobility and stretching for lasting results.

POWER PILATES BURN
Power Pilates with a twist is a high-energy class based on Pilates, infused with Calisthenics and functional training. Using props, we activate, sculpt, and empower the body with respect to each person’s capacity. Expect a dynamic full-body workout to enhance strength, alignment, endurance, and flexibility. Open to all levels.
