Leda is a yoga teacher, storyteller, musician, founder of DreamLab Yoga & a guide for transformative experiences. Trained in hatha, vinyasa, yin, restorative, clinical somatics, myofascial release, gong and sound meditation, with a background in both natural sciences and religious studies, Leda combines ancient spiritual teachings with modern knowledge of the human body and psyche. As a passionate storyteller, she uses myth and symbolic thought to convey the deeper message of yoga, teaching you how to live yoga on and off the mat.

Guided by the body’s subtle cues, we journey inward—toward rest, resonance, and embodied presence.

Take an hour at day’s end to move and get inspired. In this mindful Vinyasa flow, Leda guides you on a poetic journey of self-discovery. Each class features a curated soundtrack and engaging theme, brought to life through your body—igniting magic in practice and life. The session closes with a soothing sound bath savasana.
