Lisa is a Vinyasa and Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher based in Berlin. Her yoga practice is an integral part of her daily life. She understands yoga as a path that allows us to turn inward and access healing on both a physical and mental level. In her classes, you can expect strong and energizing asana sequences, meditation and pranayama practices, yoga philosophy, mindful hands-on assists and carefully curated playlists. Lisa’s holistic approach aims to create a supportive foundation for each student’s personal experience.

STRENGTH & EASE VINYASA
In this class, we begin with a mindful breathing and meditation practice to center ourselves for the week ahead. From here, we move into a strong, energizing Vinyasa sequence that awakens the body and ignites your inner fire. We close with a calming end sequence to leave you grounded, focused, and ready for the day.

DYNAMIC VINYASA
This open-level Vinyasa class begins with grounding meditation and pranayama to settle into body and space. A dynamic flow follows, highlighting breath and movement through thoughtful transitions and a mindfully prepared peak pose. We close with a calming end sequence to soothe your nervous system—leaving you grounded for the day ahead.
