Thain is a German-Vietnamese certified yoga teacher and sound therapist, who combines the ancient practices of yoga and sound healing to guide individuals into profound states of relaxation. In her sessions, Thain uses various elements of sound vibration allowing participants to deeply feel into their bodies before transitioning into a restful state. Having been raised in a marginalized community in a small city in East Germany, she is dedicated to raising awareness about racial injustices, striving to connect and empower people in her work. Her love for creativity shines through in her holistic approach, connecting the body, mind, and spirit, helping people connect with their subconscious and achieve a heightened sense of tranquility.
