Patrick is a Yoga teacher, Pilates instructor, and systemic Coach & Trainer. His teaching journey began with Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga, where a regular practice soon transformed into a true passion. Through a multistyle teacher training and additional courses, he now teaches Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, and Pilates. His classes combine precision, strength, and a good sense of humor. For him, Ashtanga represents focus and depth, Vinyasa embodies flowing energy, and Yin offers calmness and release. In Pilates, he challenges you to break a sweat—with joy and vitality.
Privately, Patrick is passionate about fashion, culture, and culinary experiences.
