Thea’s journey with movement began at age three in the world of dance, where she spent years performing and teaching. After graduating from dance academies in Munich and Berlin, an injury led her to Pilates, where she experienced its incredible restorative power. Inspired by this transformation, Thea became a certified instructor in mat and reformer Pilates and now shares her love for the practice with others. Known for her warm and uplifting approach, Thea encourages clients to connect with their bodies, build confidence, and embrace movement as a joyful process. Drawing on her background in dance and long-time commitment to mobility, she helps clients feel at ease in their bodies while exploring new ways to move with freedom and strength.
