From a young age, movement has been Zoe’s passion and anchor. She fell in love with ballet at four, training through the Royal Academy of Dance and deepening her dedication to the art. Her curiosity later expanded to nutrition and the connection between movement and well-being, leading her to discover Pilates. This practice not only resonated with her love for dance but also alleviated back pain and other health issues. Drawn to the fusion of ballet and Pilates, Zoe pursued Barre, completing Mat Pilates training with Power Pilates and Barre training with Regarding Form. These low-impact, high-intensity practices build strength without stress, energizing both body and mind. Her classes leave students feeling challenged, uplifted, and more connected to themselves.

POWER PILATES
In this Power Pilates class, you’ll engage in dynamic exercises rooted in Pilates principles to build strength without stress. Expect a challenging yet energizing workout that leaves you feeling accomplished and mentally uplifted. We incorporate props like weights and Pilates balls to enhance stability and target many different muscle groups for a full-body challenge.
