I am a dance artist and have chosen the body as the predominant language to express myself in this world. I am a yoga and pilates teacher. I learned those practices at a young age, through my mum. Now I have been practising for more than twelve years, I’m a yoga teacher (300RYS) and a certified Pilates instructor, teaching ashtanga, vinyasa and pilates since 2015.
With a background in ballet and contemporary dance, I have explored the body through different practices: from yoga styles, oriental practices, Chinese medicine, to more focused workouts, seeing my body as an instrument instead of an ornament. My teaching is a journey into the inner body to discover the path to the real connection with yourself. The body embodies the meaning of transformation, explaining that life isn’t a linear process.

WEEKEND FLOW
In Carolina’s classes you can let yourself go and progressively, through your own strength and rhythm of breath, get a real connection with yourself. Her vinyasa flow embodies the evolution of transformation, life is not a linear process and yoga practice is a space for discovering the potentials of the human condition. This kind of class helps you to cultivate a way of being awake that you can take home from the mat. She welcomes all levels and gives different options and adjustments for every class.

POWER PILATES
Build control, core strength, balance, muscular endurance and flexibility in an intense Pilates class. Based on the Pilates method, Power Pilates is a full body workout focused on intensity and burning sensations. We often use props like the Theraband, Overball, blocks and weights and move to energetic, motivating music.
Monday’s 8.30PM in Kreuzberg

ABS, BOOTY & ARMS
In the class, we move through a dynamic combination of exercises based on mat-pilates workout. Toning, strengthening, sweating, smiling we work on glutes, legs and abs. We focus on the anatomy and alignment of the body and on clarity of execution, becoming awake of how the body is moving in the space, using props to have an extra burn and deep the proprioception of self.

POWER PILATES FLOW
Through a vigorous and challenging flow performed in connection with the breath, we develop body control and awareness, strengthening muscles through fluidity of movements. In this class I bring you to connect with yourself, focus on alignment and sweat out all the stress of the week. The class helps you to cultivate a way of being grounded and revitalize your energy. All levels are welcome.
