As a yoga teacher and psychotherapist, Lena believes that the wellbeing of body and mind go hand in hand. Her classes are designed to create a holistic experience. She integrates strengthening asanas for physical resilience and self-efficacy, breathing techniques to create awareness for the fluctuations of the mind and soothing stretches to unwind and relax. Besides her studies in psychology and systemic therapy, Lena has completed several trainings in yoga and mindfulness. Her yoga journey began in 2016 with a 200-h training in traditional hatha yoga, followed by courses in yin yoga & meditation, fascial yoga and a 300-h training in vinyasa yoga.

This class blends the serenity of yoga with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and will challenge your body and mind. These 60 minutes are designed to elevate your heart rate, enhance endurance, and build strength while also incorporating asanas to promote recovery and rebalance your body.

We begin with a gentle warm-up to awaken your muscles. Then we transition into the heart of the workout – a series of powerful flows and strength-building fitness exercises. Expect bursts of high-intensity intervals interspersed with moments of active recovery through asana.
