Indre (she/her) is a passionate advocate for mindful movement and a joyful connection with the body. Originally trained as a dancer, movement has always been central to her life. Yet, through the challenges of injury and recovery, she discovered Pilates—and with it, the transformative power of slowing down, tuning in, and aligning with her body’s needs. Now a dedicated Pilates teacher, Indre is committed to helping others cultivate balance, strength, and self-care through movement. Believing movement is a gift we can embrace daily, Indre’s goal is to inspire others to move with optimism and confidence. As a passionate, evidence-based Pilates instructor, she’s also here to debunk fitness myths and bring a fresh, grounded perspective to wellness.
