Jessica Seid

»Seek first to understand before being understood.«

Yoga became a more integral part of Jessica’s life after experiences with severe depression and anxiety forced her to re-evaluate her mind-body connection through yoga. Yoga is now viewed as tool that she can steadfastly rely on through times of ease and challenge. Jessica’s teachings are rooted in accessibility, sustainability, exploration, and self-inquiry, while fostering a community through yoga that honors the BIPOC experience. She is an E-RYT 500 having led teacher trainings, workshops, and mentorships and continues to study with her teacher Jason Crandell. Jessica also has studied with the creator of restorative yoga, Judith Hanson Lasater, and teaches restorative and yin practices as well.

DYNAMIC VINYASA

This practice focuses on alignment and mobility within poses. Expect a dynamic Vinyasa flow with mindfulness toward the entire body, using breath as your guide. We’ll move through a functional sequence — a modern take on Vinyasa yoga. You’ll be challenged at times, but this class is open to all practitioners.
