Leah is an experienced physiotherapist and Pilates from Australia. She completed her full matwork and equipment Pilates qualifications in 2018 through the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute (APPI). Leah’s approach to Pilates is deeply informed by her extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and movement patterns. She emphasises clinical precision and technique in her classes, ensuring that students not only get a rigorous workout but also engage the targeted muscle groups effectively, and enhance body-awareness. Her expertise extends to injury rehabilitation as well as pre/postnatal Pilates, where she has guided many women through their exercise journeys during these crucial stages. Beyond her dedication to health and fitness, Leah is also a passionate music lover. She works as a DJ and producer; infusing her classes with a dynamic soundtrack of underground electronic music. Leah believes that the combination of music and exercise provide nourishment for the mind, body, and soul.
