Lena Jungmann
»Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can.« – Arthur Ashe
Lena Jungmann was born and raised in Tyrol, Austria, and has called Berlin home since the pandemic. A childhood dancer, she discovered yoga after exploring Pilates, embracing it as a practice of self-care and self-connection. Lena teaches with passion and purpose, driven by her desire to give back to her community. Her own experience inspires her to show that yoga is for all – everyone deserves to discover what feels good for their body, mind, and breath.
She values yoga and meditation for their ability to deepen awareness of body and mind while fostering a focus on the breath. This practice creates presence, calm, and a sense of belonging. Her teaching style emphasizes inclusivity and accessibility, honoring yoga’s roots while making it approachable for all. Playful and intuitive, her flows encourage connection with your inner child while cultivating self-care.
