Eleni has a mixed background in both Yoga and Pilates. Through both her several teacher trainings, and her personal practice, she has developed her pilates classes to be purposeful, dynamic, and enjoyable, but also accessible to everyone (offering different modifications), who wants to be present on the mat.
After a quite long career in the corporate field, as soon as she came to Berlin a couple of years ago, she decided to explore her creative capacities and work fully as a freelancer, being able to share her passion for free movement with other people. Her scientific background, although in a completely different branch, is still present, motivating her to dig deeper and deeper into human kinesiology and anatomy, and through constant research and consistent personal physical exercise, find more efficient ways to practice and transmit knowledge!

The focus of the class isn’t restricted to building strength and a bigger range of motion, but rather improving brain-muscle connection and body awareness, which will help to create mindful and healthy movement patterns for the overall everyday activities. Expect a full-body workout designed according to the classic Pilates contrology method, enhanced though with spicy mobility drills.
