Iokasti Mantzog is an artist, a Pilates, dance and functional training teacher and a cultural manager. Iokasti studied BASI Pilates complete training system (Mat and equipment) while having a professional education in contemporary dance and ballet at BA Contemporary Dance at ZZT Cologne and Etage. Parallel they have a long term practice in various somatic techniques. „Beeing a long term student and teacher of Pilates, has enriched and strength not only my dance practice but also my everyday life and how I engage with the world around and inside me. Connecting with our bodies through precise exercises, we can create more space, trust and elasticity in our physical as long as in our spiritual bodies.“

This class is a Power Pilates class suitable and adjustable for any level of experience . Focusing on a more dynamic flow and variety of exercises , we are gonna practice a full body workout . Through working on mindful breathing , alignment and visualisation we will build more body awareness , strength, mobility and balance . We will move towards a harmonized use of energy in order to activate ,engage and empower our physical bodies.

ABS & BOOTY SCULPT

A class inspired by Pilates, functional training and Barre to strengthen and sculpt the core , legs and glutes . Working with or without props this class will challenge and shape the body, bring the heat up through joy and enable a better posture. You can expect to feel the muscles burn which will lead to amazing results, high endorphins and a session of mobility and stretching at the end of each class.
