»The body says what words cannot.« ― Martha Graham
I came to Pilates looking for movement, but found something deeper—a practice that makes ideas, sensations, and connections tangible. Teaching this layered experience—carefully designed, intellectually engaging, and emotionally resonant—is deeply fulfilling to me. I approach it as a creative process, shaped by my background in art history and design, and by movement experiences gathered across many cities, especially New York. These influences inform how I structure classes, think about rhythm and contrast, and guide students toward a movement experience that feels meaningful beyond form or technique.

SOMATIC PILATES
Pilates as a practice. A rhythmic, grounded yet intense class that helps you tune into your body and move with clarity. We explore internal and physical landscapes through repetition, transitions, and intensity. Expect movement that flows, shifts, softens, and brings something up—held by music, led by curiosity. Each class is a loop: it builds, clears, and brings you back to yourself.
Saturday’s 12.45PM in Friedrichshain

PILATES TONE
A class to bring you back into your body with clarity and intention. We explore alignment, opposition, and rhythm through repetition and stillness to build inner strength. Guided by music, energy flows and intensifies. Stay present, not on autopilot—deepen your connection to body and mind, and embody strength with awareness and trust.
Saturday’s 2PM in Friedrichshain

POWER PILATES
A powerful, rhythmic class that channels intensity into clarity. With repetition, tempo, and breath, we build heat from within. Rooted in classical Pilates and guided by music, you’ll feel resistance, release, strength, and softness. This focused ritual of movement clears the noise and reconnects you to your body’s strength and your own power.
Saturday’s 3PM in Friedrichshain & Friday’s 8.30AM in the Loft

SCULPT STRENGTH PILATES
A precise class that builds strength through focused, intentional movement. This Pilates-based session blends contemporary principles with a grounded, full-body approach. Expect functional sequences, resistance work, and dynamic to build control, coordination, and endurance—leaving you feeling capable, aware, and connected.
Friday’s 7.30AM in the Loft

SUNDAY RITUAL PILATES
A grounding class to close the week with presence. We explore rhythm, repetition, and sensation—moving with precision, curiosity, and depth. As we ground, expand, and contract, expect intentional intensity that clears space in the body and sharpens awareness. Music carries us through as we tune in, reset, return to ourselves, and move with meaning.
