Born in a coastal town in Australia, Jaari grew up in a family deeply connected to yoga and meditation. This early exposure fostered her appreciation for intentional movement, breath, and the natural world. Now a dedicated Yoga and Pilates instructor with 350+ hours of training, Jaari weaves these elements into her classes. Designed to empower and nurture, her classes emphasize the mind-body connection, leaving participants feeling grounded and deeply connected to themselves and their surroundings.

BOOTY & ABS BURN

In the class, we move through a dynamic combination of exercises based on mat-pilates workout. Toning, strengthening, sweating, smiling we work on glutes, legs and abs. We focus on the anatomy and alignment of the body and on clarity of execution, becoming awake of how the body is moving in the space, developing proprioception of self. Mostly of the exercises are performed using props to have an extra burn!
